Amanda Watson Johnson is a curious writer, speaker, podcaster and founder of the Red Balloon Project. Propelled by a health scare, Amanda re-evaluated her comfortable life and how it was really serving her.  Amanda felt called to do something truly impactful. But before she could create the ripple effect of change in the world, the biggest transformation would have to begin with her. She began to explore what the simple concept of connection could do for herself, her family and her community.

Compelled by the idea of changing your thoughts to change your world, Amanda excavates the inner mental workings of humans, their struggles with mindset and their potential to unleash their unique gifts. Her work is founded in the mind, body, spirit symphony attaching
positive thought to catalytic individual and communal change.

Through her upcoming book The Mind, Body, Spirit Symphony and podcast “Chime in with AWJ”, Amanda shares her experience on the path of change, influences from thought leaders, the power of meditation, and the demand for authenticity to make a better world.

Amanda resides in Memphis, Tennessee, with husband Stanley, son Charlie, dog, two bunnies, a variety of dwarf shrimps, snails and works for her family company, Armstrong Relocation.
